Refunds/Cancellations Policy for ASLI AUSHADHAM

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation Time Frame:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer support team at namaste@asliaushadham.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellation After 24 Hours:

After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipment. In such cases, cancellation may not be possible.

Contact our customer support team immediately, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

Refund Policy:

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Provide clear images of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number, to namaste@asliaushadham.com.

We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, initiate a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Product Shipped:

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Provide images of the incorrectly shipped product, along with your order number, to namaste@asliaushadham.com.

We will rectify the error by either sending the correct product or issuing a refund.

Quality Concerns:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Share your concerns with our customer support team at namaste@asliaushadham.com.

We may request additional information and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and approved.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as opened or used products, may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for clarification.
